Chris has worked in property finance for over 20 years and was most recently head of business development (North) for CrowdProperty.
He has also held similar roles at Lowry Capital and LDSyoursite.com.
Chris joins PMJ in the year of its 10th anniversary, with the firm having recently passed £200m of funding.

Chris added: “I’ve known Dave, Lee [Barton, relationship director], and the team at PMJ for several years, so I’m absolutely delighted to be joining them — my main focus will be on strengthening the broker network throughout the North of England.
